FLDIGI and CQRLOG interaction

FLDIGI and CQRLOG interaction

Not sure how the two programs work together in the "remote" operation. Should FLDIGI be open and CQRLOG at the same time?

Yes, CQRLOG and FLdigi can work together. CQRLOG can read the QSO after you save it. It's called Remote mode. http://www.cqrlog.com/help/h20.html#ah33
 
CQRLOG runs rigctld when starts, fldigi can coonect to it as well and they can control TRX together
