I can't force lanuchpad to build packages for older Ubuntu releases like Lucid, Maverick, Natty and Oneiric so I've installed 10.04 into VMware Player, did some tweaks to get there recent FPC&Lazarus version and created DEB packages. This packages should work also in Mint. More in download section.
