Does it happen in every start of Cqrlog, or random?

Could you start your Cqrlog from command console window by typing:

cqrlog debug=1 > /tmp/debug.txt

(you can select above line, then copy and finally paste to command console window and press enter)
After you have killed Cqrlog open the debug file with text editor /tmp/debug.txt and copy first abt 100 lines to your next message to let us see the startup process messages.
