I have CQRlog open with wsjtx, the programs are on 2 separate workspaces, when a QSO is logged CQRlog jumps to the top of the workspace where I have WSJTX open.
I think that's bit too old.
You should compile 2.6.0 from GitHub source, or if that is not possible try one of my ready compiled versions.
Here are some compile examples that can be used for most of Linuxes.
New Ubuntu and latest cqrlog https://www.cqrlog.com/node/2984
Mint 20 Cinnamon and new cqrlog https://www.cqrlog.com/node/2998
HI Chris!
That sounds familiar. Do you have "QSO list" open?
If you close it does it change situation?
This kind of problem was found at the end of Apr 2022.
What is the version of your Cqrlog and version date.

For that download newupdate.zip from https://github.com/OH1KH/cqrlog/tree/loc_testing/compiled extract it to /tmp and start newupdate.sh from command console. It does backup and updates for you.
