Hi!
When you open "NewQSO/Window/QSO list" you see at bottom left the Cqrlog version date and version number.
They tell much more than "downloaded 9/25/2024".

When you define a qth profile in Preferences/QTHprofiles with Defile/Modify profile button and press then save button you should see (after closing preferences)
the new profile in NewQSO/qthprofile pull down menu.

Without knowing your Cqrlog version it is hard to say more.
