just make sure you have RTS disabled in the program, all should be good..
If you are using Ubuntu 11.04

Settings tab
speed 38400
handshake Hardware
stop bits 1
Parity None
DTR RTS unchecked.
that should do it, you may have to alter your port # like from 4 to 0 or what ever..
Worked once for me. However, that was in an earlier version of CQRlog. Now it doesn't work in either version. Not real solid. Using a USB to Serial converter. Works great in Windows.
