A few Connection Problems with WSJTX

Latest git pull from today.
gtk2 Build.
Yaesu FT-DX10

This Version has sometimes Connection Problems with WSJTX. Connection Times Out or could not be established after the start of WSJTX but could be reestablished. Retry at the initial Error Message from WSJTX (no Radio Connection) or, if the Connection Button goes from green to orange, after a Click on that Button. Previous cqrlog Versions had stable Connections.
WSJTX Improved Plus latest Version.
Hamlib 4.7.1

And I see this Error:

There was something else

There was something else unstable on my System. After a Reboot and back to normal Poll Settings, the connection seems stable again.
But there was a Kernel Update today. Must have a look after that on longer PC Uptime.
But this Error "[TGtk2WidgetSet.Destroy] WARNING: There are 1 TimerInfo structures left, I'll free them" stays on cqrlog shutdown.

Hi!
If you have Wayland in use instead of X11 graphics the GTK2 version may have mysterious problems.
Then the best selection is either QT5 or QT6 version, as you have noticed.

You are using "latest git pull". If that means CqrlogAlpha from "devel" branch you may expect errors as the version is under development.
Lately I have tried to rebuild NewQSO window view, but until now (2026-05-03) it is not ok yet. It looks good with GTK2/X11/default fonts but as soon as the font size is changed the view has gaps that even get larger if QT versions are used.
There are too many TPanels inside each other that are causing empty areas when font size changes. NewQSO and Preferences windows are a mess that are causing Lazarus 4.6 to crash or loose coordinates when the layouts are edited. I'm trying to resolve that, but it takes its time.
Meanwhile devel versions may be unstable, as always expected.
