Importing my log into CQRLOG

I have run into all sorts of difficulties with a bug in the system and decided in the interests of safety to upload my logs into Xlog and then save them from there for reloading into CQRLOG once I had a new OS up and running. I am leaning towards migrating from Mint to Bodhi and have run a few tests to see if I can import my log safely back into CQRLOG. I saved the log into an ADIF file on my desktop and ran a trial upload but have an issue with the Power data. It says all my qso's were done at 5W. I actually used a range of power setting, all mentioned in the ADIF file. How can I run an import with the correct power levels? When I import, it seems to ignore the power ratings on the ADIF file.

Hope you can help.

Re: Importing my log into CQRLOG

Hi,

I just tried it and import is working as expected including power information. Could you please send me your adif file to petr @ ok2cqr . com? I'll look at it. Thank you!

Thanks Petr. Logs on the way

Thanks Petr. Logs on the way to you. When I imported the log, I opened the Show QSO List window, then File, Import ADIF.

Grant

Re: Importing my log into CQRLOG

Problem was with TX_POWER tag. According to ADIF spec, it should be TX_PWR. It can be easily fixed with Search & Replace in text editor.

Just a note for other Xlog users.
