I'm testing CQRLOG for my linux logging functions. Currently I use XLOG. cwdaemon works fine in xlog but am not getting any response from CQRLOG. I've followed the instructions, unloaded the working cqdaemon and performed all the instructions for loading cqdaemon as defined in the CQRLOG instructions but no joy.
Currently running CQRLOG 0.9.4, Ubuntu 9.04, cwdaemon 0.9.4 with default port.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
Thanks,
Paula, NX1P
Hi Paula,
how did you try it? I just tried it and works. What do you have in preferences?

Val, there is a man page for cwdaemon:
http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/hardy/man8/cwdaemon.8.html
so use cwdaemon -d ttyS0

What need put in Preferences (in Address and port value) for ttyS0 ?

Into address put localhost and port is 6789 - I suppose you are using cwdaemon on your machine where you use CQRLOG.
