Hello I have a fresh install of Debian Squeeze AMD64 and I have an issue with the package. It will install and works fine but apt system is all screwed up because your package requires libham (>= 1.2.14) and Debian Squeeze provides 1.2.11-1.
Logger seems to work fine on 1.2.11-1.
I didn't get a response so I manually compiled hamlibs 1.2.14 to get cqrlog to happily work in Debian Squeeze's APT system.
