I'm just testing CQRlog. Thanks to Petr for the great program!
Program works very good with my openSuSE 12.1. No problems with
the ADIF-Import from my Logprojekt/WinXP. All the DXCC were correct identified!
Here my congrats to Martin for the great job with the DXCC/Country-files!
But I found a problem with the column in the "New QSO Window" in the upper part of this
window.
I arranged the visible column in my own order in the "QSO List Window" with the wide
so I that wish. No problem - the column are permanently fixed. In the "New QSO Window"

From time to time after a new QSO or new programstart changed the wide of the column
extremely! I found no way to fixed my own setup - what I'm doing wrong?
Another problem I have with "Trustedqsl 1.13". I cann't install this program in my
distribution. In the make-reportfile I found some conflicts and have no solution, sorry.
My question now, had anybody Trustedqsl installed with openSuSE 12.1 correct and had
may be some tips? Thanks.

Hello Guenter,
some time ago I had OpenSuSE 12.1 in my computer and was able to compile TrustedQSL. You should get tqsllib-devel from DL8FCL, here is the link:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/dl8fcl/openSUSE_12.1/
Then you should get sourcecode of TrustedQSL and compile it. During compilation, when executing command ./configure it will ask for packages, you should use yast to add new software.
I gave up with OpenSuSE 12.1 mainly because of hamlib problem with CQRlog, but despite it is a great linux distribution.

that was a great help! Indeed that was the solution. I had installed the old tqsllib! Now with ver. 2.2-10 is all ok and TrustedQSL is running. I don't know this new version by DL8FCL.
I have the 12.1 with 32Bit and hamlib runs without problems and so also CQRlog..
So, thank you very much for your fast answer and help.

I am happy to know that you have solved your problem, fine. DL8FCL my friend Walter, has a lot of ham software and he is a very good ham.
Interesting to know that under 12.1 on 32Bit you have no problems, I had problems with 12.1 but under 64Bit, maybe this is the problem.
Anyway, enjoy with CQRlog, it is indeed a very good software, and with our hobby.
If you do CW probably you could find me :) .

yes, I work mostly in cw and we had QSO any years ago. This QSO was in IARU-Contest 2008 and I send you now a QSL via bureau.

Do you know if tqsllib-2.2-10.3.i586.rpm, from the above repository, is the same as TrustedQSL?

Nevermind... I installed the tqsllib-2.2-10.3.i586.rpm devel rpm, and compiled a TrustedQSL rpm from source using checkinstall. When trying to install the rpm, there were some dependency issues. I had to search for specific .so files from within YaST. But, it is now installed. Now I have to read about LoTW. Hopefully I'll be able use it now that I have TrustedSQL installed.

The LOTW certificate request has been sent. I am now waiting for that infamous first postcard.
I wonder what happens to your log if our hard drive crashes, and you don't have any way to retrieve your certificate ....

I keep my certificate and my back up log as well as my macros for Fldigi on a thumb drive. not on the hard drive, I also e-mailed myself a copy of the certificate and it stays on the Yahoo servers.. HTH Tom K8WDX
