Here's a howto for the new Fedora 11 64 bit.
First before proceeding. Do not shut down or reboot your computer.
Install hamlib (i586), openssl-devel (i586) and libstdc (i586).
You can install xplanet and trustedqsl through Fedora's package manager.
To install bug-buddy (i586) you need to remove libgweather (x86_64) with the following command.
rpm --nodeps -e libgweather
The above command will remove the 64 bit version of libgweather. If you don't remove it you will have a conflict when trying to install the 32 bit version of bug-buddy.
Now you can go to Fedora's package manager and install bug-buddy (i586)
After installing bug-buddy you will have to remove the 32 bit version of libgweather with
rpm --nodeps -e libgweather
And reinstall the 64 bit version of libgweather with Fedora's package manager.
Don't try to shut down or reboot till the is done, it will not boot into the OS.
When you follow the above procedure, leave your terminal open and don't close it till your finished.
After doing a clean install of Fedora 11 x64 this morning. If you update the OS first the above is not needed. bug-buddy i586 installs fine without having to remove anything once everything is updated first.
