How spot a station into cluster?
You can use the ~ or Ctrl-W. If you go to the file menu, you see the command.

Is there a way to post a comment with a spot, like "up 5"???

Yes, there is.
Enter station's callsign to Call field, hit ` key or CTRL+W. Small window appears with prepared dx cluster spot and cursor waiting on position where you can write the note. Hit Enter and spot will be sent. Very easy to use :).
If the Call field is empty, CQRLOG will prepare spot from last QSO in the log.
