I am running v1.8.2-1 of CQRLOG. It's configured to create an Auto Backup file and the Auto Backup works.
How do I use the Auto Backup file to replace the existing database?
I wanted to update my_loc on a single QSO (operating mobile at the time) and did a group edit, for what I thought was one record, only it wasn't. I managed to update all my QSO's and change their location to my one-off mobile location.
Ob question: How do you change the my_loc for a single QSO?

Recover with Auto Backup?
Autobackup function exports all data into ADIF and compress it with tar.gz. That is all. If you want to receover data from backup, unpack adif file from archive and import it into empty log.
You can change own locator in New QSO window using CTRL+L hotkey - Open QSO list window, go to QSO you want to edit, hit F4, New QSO window in edit mode appears and now hit CTRL+L.
