Hello,
I've been using CQRLog for some time and wanted to reorganise the logbook to my needs. I ran into troubles but found a way to do it, but there were some glitches.
I wanted to split the logs into CW, SSB anda Digital. So I filtered and exported (with all fields marked) to adif, made a new log and imported the adif file. The qsos were all imported but some fields (Notes and Power) were corrupted.
Is it advisible to keep all qsos in one log?
Is there a direct way to extract e.g.ssb qsos into a new log and delete these qsos in the original log?
When I make a cw qso with 200 mW I want to have it in my main log but also in the QRPP-log. Is there a way to add that qso "automatically" in another additional qrpp-log.
I made a lot of QRPP QSOs with 1 - 500 mW and coded them in the Power field to 0,0001 Watt or 0,5 W. With adif export and import this field was changed to e.g 0001. This seems to be a problem of the datatype. In the original log these values are still there. Is there a correct way to code them or is this impossible and I have to find another way?
Yes I have RTFM ;-)
Thanks anyway for the great log.

Hi Hajo,
I would keep all QSO in one log. It's easier, you can have QSO with the same station on more modes or with qrp and qro whatever. CQRLOG has very powerful filter. You can use different QTH profiles for QRO and QRP operation.
If you want to delete all CW QSO , use filter to show only CW QSO. In the toolbox in the QSO list window there is select all QSO button. Click on it and hit F8.
It seems that importing power with decimal character has a bug, I'll fix it to new release. I'm sorry.

Hi Petr,
your filters were the reason for coming back to CQRLog. They are indeed very good.
One question concerning power or better the fraction of 1 watt: Should I use the "." Full stop or the "," comma? A fix would be great otherwise I have to rewrite about 300 Qsos.
Thanks in advance.

Hajo,
use the "." character, please. It will be better.

Oh Petr,
blame on me ;-((( It was my fault. After I changed the commas to point e.g. "0,01" to "0.01" Watt the ADI export and import went without problems. I should have known that ... we are somewhat international and MyQSL doesn't like commas.
So you don't have to do anything ... at last for export and import.
Again sorry for the ribbles
