I'm sorry, CQRLOG available only for Linux. It shuld't be so complicated to do neccessary changes to build it for windows, but I don't know if it has any sence. On windows is many logging apps available for free.

"I don't know if it has any sence" - only when someone wants to work on their logs on different computers, i.e. at home, work, someone else's PC, where there is no Linux OS :)
