Hi,
CQR log does nor want to connect to my TRX.
I checked in the process survey, and RIGCTLD is declared as "zombie".
I tried to restart PC an/or CQR but with no success. How could I restart RIGCTLD??
I tried also to change the USB port (with ls /dev/tty* we can see which USB is in use) , but also this failed.
Any idea??
Thanks.
Gerard
For info, a copie of the console with --debug:
Settings:
-----------------------------------------------------
RigCtldPath:/usr/bin/rigctld
RigCtldArgs:-m 210 -r /dev/ttyUSB0 -t 4532 -s 4800
RunRigCtld: TRUE
RigDevice: /dev/ttyUSB0
RigCtldPort:4532
RigCtldHost:localhost
RigPoll: 500
RigSendCWR: FALSE
RigId: 210
Starting RigCtld ...
/usr/bin/rigctld -m 210 -r /dev/ttyUSB0 -t 4532 -s 4800
rigctld started!
Connected to localhost:4532
select count(*) from cqrlog001.cqrlog_config
CQRLOG should ends rigctld after close.
Before opening cqrlog open a console and run this:
sudo lsof /dev/ttyUSB0
paste here what will be in the rerminal.

Thanks Petr,
The problem did not appear again, so I thing it was a system bug.
Anyway, if this happens again, I will do what you suggested.
Have nice Christmas and new year.
Gerard.

Well Petr... I commented too son!!
I have installed 2.0.2 with dpkg.
Now I can't have the rig linked to CQR!!
Here is the command you requested:
COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME
rigctld 1883 gerard 3u CHR 188,1 0t0 15600 /dev/ttyUSB1
Rigctld seems to be working.
When I start CQR, the TS870 answers "ctl" and after a while, this indicator stops. On CQR, the QRG stays as default.
lsof command gives exactly same answer after CQR starts.
Thanks for your help.

Sorry Petr!!
Everything went well after a system restart!!
Btw, the problem with grayed windows seems to have been solved.
Cheers
Gerard
