The RBN Monitor is working fine and actually very useful BUT..
I can not understand what the column Q and D of the table are for; generally the column D is empty while column Q has sometimes LE or L or even empty.
Any of you is able to explain?

"Q" is the same kind as in Window/QSO list : "QSLinfo" L-LoTW, E-Eqsl,
"D" is "DXinfo" M-mode B-Band C-country You can double click a line and see the red text at top right of NewQso.
