LOTW problem Raspberry Pi

I am running on Raspberry Pi 3+
I am having trouble with downloading and uploading to LOTW.

LOTW software is already installed and works fine directly.

I have already installed libssl-dev:

As you see, it is not detecting the ssl libraries.

No solution for automatic

No solution for automatic uploading to LOTW.

In the mean time, I just do the manual method of making and .adi file of what needs to be uploaded and then upload it manually.
