Hi,
I made several test qso's and then deleted them.
Yesterday when I was getting the qsl and attachments (call_data folder) figured out I found the menu option to display all 'comments to qso'.
It listed several comments I had on current qso's, but also still had the comments from the test qso's I had deleted.
It appears that that data is not cleaned up when the qso is deleted.
Not a big deal, not a critical bug, but just wanted to mention it.
Thanks again for a great logging program.

Hi Dan!
Do you actually mean "comment ro QSO" that is one of NewQSO fields, or "NewQSO/File/Show edit long note" ?
Help/Operation/New QSO (online logging) says:
"Ctrl-N opens a new dialog window where you can add or edit your note. This note is not related to any record, it is just a notepad allowing operations with your notes which are stored in your log database."
"Related to any record" means not related to any qso, as far as I understand. So all text should be visible what ever the content of NewQSO is (add new qso, view qso, edit qso).
The field "comment to QSO" at NewQSO as well as all other fields stay visible if you first select "view qso" from "qso list" window and then "delete qso" from "qso list" window.
After qso has disappeared from "qso list" data still exist in NewQSO window as a reminder of last "view qso " event. To clear NewQSO double press ESC key.
Did I understand right?

Saku,
Sorry for delayed response...
Actually, going back through the posts I found I was confusing 2 fields.
I was thinking it was the "Comment to QSO" field I was seeing values for, but was mistaken. Actually was the "Comment to Callsign" field that I saw the deleted values for.
So I had created some test log entries with Comment to Callsign data.
Deleted the log entries.
Selected : File -> Comment to Callsign
Displayed a list of log entries with that field and included entries from the deleted logs.
Those entries are easy enough to delete, but wanted to make sure that if a log entry is deleted, all associated data fields are also deleted.
Unless that Comment to Callsign field should not be deleted or is not intended to be deleted.
Thanks,

Hi Dan!
I do not know the original purpose of "Comment to callsigns" but I see that like "not qso related" notepad.
Petr himself could perhaps tell the original meaning.
For example you can write QRGs of all bands for coming DXexpedition using Comment to callsigns so that they are easy and fast to find when expedition starts.
I that view I think callsign should not disappear from there if qso with call is deleted. And having own "new" and "delete" button makes this feeling even stronger.
Text will be shown at "New QSO/Comment to callsign" and that way also it can be updated. That makes one think that it is related to current QSO.
But on the other hand if you make comment there "Mary had a little lamb" for QSO with callsign and save QSO (later even delete it / or not).
On next time you you are having a qso with same callsign, maybe on different band and years later, the comment pops up like a reminder. Ah, She is the one that had a little lamb!
So I do not know is it good or bad not to be deleted by deleting one qso.
