I am running CQRLog version 2.3.0 on a raspberry pi 4 for operations in the field. After operating in the field I upload the contacts into Log4OM version 2.0. After uploading I noticed that my export from CQRLog does not include my home QTH or call sign. Does CQRlog include the capability to include my call sign and QTH on ADIF exports? If so what settings are required to make this happen.

Perhaps it is first time to update your cqrlog. Jump from 2.3.0 to 2.5.1 should do some differences!
Cqrlog, and I'm talking now as always the latest version, exports your callsiign, It is there in tag like:
<STATION_CALLSIGN:5>OH1KH
Your qth is not exported unless you create a qth profile. You can do several of them and I think that is excellent for field operations.
When QTH profile is created cqrlog exports program related adif tag like:
<APP_CQRLOG_PROFILE:21>1|KP01tn|Pori|IC7300|
There 1 is profile number, KP01tn profile locator, Pori profile QTH, and IC7300 profile rig.
