I am using CQRLOG at home with Lubuntu 14.04 and it works great. However at our lake cabin I cannot get it to work properly also using Lubunti 14.04 on a seperate computer. The log will open but has the "database upgrade crashed with this error: error executing query: duplicate column name 'upddeleted". error message I have tried the fix the Petr suggests that modifys the mysql database settings and that does not work. In fact mysql appears to not be installed at all. The log works but the DX cluster does not show stations and I don't think the the HamQTH upload is working either. I downloaded and installed CQRLOG exactly as Petr says toi do and I have done that tthree times now. When I try to install mysql I get this error: Package dependencies cannot be resolved
This error could be caused by required additional software packages which are missing or not installable. Furthermore there could be a conflict between software packages which are not allowed to be installed at the same time.
Been working on this for hours now - any help?

Really, really frustrated!
Hi,
try to manage the system with packages manager. Early how you did it?
Then uninstall cqrlog.
Delete directory cqrlog of /home/username/.config/cqrlog and then install all over again.

Did you have mariadb (Fork of mysql) on that system with the problem? If yes, remove it and install mysql before installing cqrlog. Normally cqrlog wouldn't start or build a new log if mariadb is on the system, so maybe it could be a different problem.
You will get the Error Message about Package dependencies, when mariadb is installed and you are trying to install mysql. That Error Message is a little bit irritating.

Thanks for your help! I totally uninstalled CQRLOG and re-installed it properly. Had to re-build everything bit it is working properly now. I can't remember for sure but I must not have used Petr's package the first time I downloaded on this computer.
