Confirmed by DXCC

Hi,

Are there a quick way to mark bands/modes as confirmed by ARRL (or confirmed with QSL card) without entering a lot of "fake" QSO's?

Hi Pontus,

no, this is not possible. DXCC statistics is created from the log when you open the window.

Hi Petr,

Thanks a lot for the reply and thanks a zillion for making the best logging software available!

Hi Pontus,
would you like a separate identifier for stations already accepted/approved by the ARRL? An 'A' would be possibly good for this purpose, the statistic would have a new column named "Approved". The status can be changed from 'Q' to 'A' in the QSL_R field. The 'A' marked station will be counted in the overall statistic as confirmed, of course. OK?

Hi Martin,

Hi Martin,

That would of course be very neat. Would make it easy to see what cards to send for check/approval (the one with Q's).

I think (however, I'm not sure!) the behaviour in CQRLOG is to keep record of each mode on each band. ARRL only keep record of modes (regardless of band) and band (regardless of mode).

Also - is it possible to keep record of worked/confirmed/approved entities using Satellite mode?

Again - thanks a zillion for making CQRLOG available to the rest of us!

Hi Pontus,

everything is possible, there is a lack of (our) experience only. We both operate CW only on HF bands (no phooney, no VHF, no digi, no sat, no...). I can be pretty old fashioned being licensed for almost 50 years, having some 10-20 QSOs via satellite. Try to be more specific, don't hesitate to formulate your ideas, we are curious... :-)
