What would be the offset for the greyline? My sunrise is -4 and not sure what the greyline offset would be for that?

Greyline Offset is what ever your timezone is from UTC

For me in S.W Indiana CDT UTC= 0 Sunrise = -6 Sunset = -6

For you it will be EDT UTC = 0 Sunrise = -5 Sunset = -5
