Tnx guys, 0.7.0 installs and runs on Ubuntu 8.10 without any problems whatsoever.
Imported 14371 QSOs from VQlog (via ADIF) with only one problem - IOTA EU054 - Egadi Island - was not accepted as valid!
Now if somebody could just teach me/help me getting LoTW installed. the explanation on ARRLs homepage is beyond me and my meager knowledge.
I now have one less dependency on Windows - Hurrah!

LoTW is in the ubuntu repos. The name of it is trustedqsl. Do a search in synaptic.

No need to compile anything.
You will also have to install tqsllib1c2a if it doesn't get installed as a dependency.
Tnx to KR4EY, I found it and am now waiting for my certificate...
Hi Peter,
please install also libssl-dev package. Without this package, LoTW in cqrlog won't work.

Thanks Petr.
Now during export I get a lot of complaints about modes (MFSK, JT6M, JT44, JT65 (A;B;C)) ( assume that they should be translated to "DATA" for LoTW purposes, but how? I want to keep the "Real" mode in the log.

Hi Peter,
there is no way how to export these modes as DATA. You must do it yourself in text editor by search and replace. Or send email to ARRL and ask for adding these modes.

Hi Petr,
Found out how to map it in Tqsl, and sent you an email that shows how - I have now successfully uploaded 14372 QSOs to LoTW.
Once again thanks.
