After installing 1.4.0 on Kubuntu CQRLog 11.04, the window "band map" remains empty even the "DX Cluster"shows new spots.
Also Mode buttons on 'TRX control' don't change their colour to red follow to selected mode.

Empty Bandmap
After some investigation I found out that the reason is "Sow only active mode" selector in Band map preferences. The problem may be related to fact that I must set mode badwidth to 0 to workaround problem with Icom and rigctl filter setting.

When I run the program from console the Band map stared showing the spots but there was something strange what required more analysis. It looks like when I change mode from TRX control the mode on radio is changed bur program still use former mode (the mode button colour didn't change and no new mode spots on Band map)
I hope that it help you investigate and resolve the issue.

Hi Petr,
Exactly the Band map starts showing expected spots when the mode button on TRX control becomes red but with my IC746 it doesn't work. I thing it doesn't confirm the mode from radio to the program.

what architecture are you using? I could send you cqrlog version with more debug output but now I can compile only 64bit version. I moved to new Ubuntu and VMware doesn't support it, yet.
