no, I've never seen it before :(. What distribbution are you using? Did you use CQLROG packages from my repo or only tar.gz binary?

Hi Petr,
Yes, I used the 1.7.1 binary from your site, and am on a gentoo linux (Intel, 32 bit OS) box.
I've googled around and see that other people have had very similar errors with other programs, but haven't had a chance to learn the real source of the problem. Each person seems to have found a different solution. I'll post more in coming days as I hopefully discover what went wrong with my system.

Hi Mike,
please try to run from console:
ldd cqrlog
It could find some missing libraries, or maybe strace cqrlog could help. I've never used Gentoo, I hamve no idea what could be wrong, I'm sorry.
