I have been starting to see this problem with 1.7.4. When I try to up/download log files to eqsl or lotw (this last time it was lotw) I get an error that cqrlog has lost connection to the mysql server. I am running a fairly stock Ubuntu 14.04. Becuase I am paranoid I tend to just hit the cancel button which casues cqrlog to close.
Is this a known issue? When it happens again, is there particular data I should be collecting?

Losing connection to mysql server
Did it happen again? You can get more info when you run cqrlog from console like this:
cqrlog --debug=1 >> debug.log
The debug.log file will include info what happened and where. You can send me the file via email and hopefully I'll find out where is the problem. Thank you!

Sorry for not following up. It has happened a couple more times, but I did not see your post. I made a quick script to launch cqrlog in debug more. If I have the issue again, I will post debug info.
Thanks,
Bill
