I noticed that the Propagation window shows the right time but the date is one day earlier.

Information is directly from web page http://dk0wcy.de/magnetogram/ and it seems that also today PC clock shows 20.3.2015 but on that page you'll find "Indices of 19 Mar" and so also Propagation window shows 19 Mar.
Take a look and compare!
On release 1.9.0 propagation window shows time as local time if your PC (your user profile) uses it.
If you have bossibility to compile the source for your self I can send a fixed source for propagation form that uses UTC. It also uses colors on background, not on text, and has 3hour K-index graphics.

I'll asked the reason, and this is the answer:
Magnetogram date has been one day late for few days and stll is.
Today 21.3 but "Indices of Mar20"
Hello Saku,
the diagrams of the magnetometer are actual for the past 24 hours.
The indices must be those for the previous day.
The figure A is always derived from the eight k-figures; each for a 3 hour periode starting at 0-3 , then 3-6, 6-9 ...finally 21-24 utc - in this case from the 20 March. Other figures are downloaded from an Institut in Bouder (US) in the morning hours (sun spot number, solar flux) and are also from previous day, thats the way this Institute prepares the data for distribution.
