Change RIG control.

Hi Peter,

Can you change TRX-control for GRIG?
It has far better control and more advanced then yours, would be nice if you could use.
As it has an S-meter, and LSB/USB control, Split etc.
I would be very happy if you could change it.

Thanks.

Re: Change RIG control

Hi Bas,

this is already possible. Run CQRLOG, let it to run ricgtld and connect to it with grig. It's rig id 2 o something like that. Both CQRLOG and grig will control your rig.

Hi,

Hi,
Can anyone help on how to set the GRIG up?
I have rigctld ran as default.
I've changed the path to grig one, but it doesn't run or anything.
And when I run it manually it does not connect to radio.
Thnx

Thnx but that needs running

Thnx but that needs running from the terminal. Is there a way to do it with CQRlog instead of rigctld ?

Hi Tomasz,

Hi Tomasz,

it is not necessary to start 'GRIG' in the terminal.
You can create a starter in the menu and start 'GRIG' with it.
