Has any seen a problem using Ubuntu 10.04 with CQRLOG 0.9.3 painting the
QSO window incorrectly? The screen has a rectangle overlaying the QSO window
making hard to use. Here is a sample screen shot

Ubuntu 10.04 w/ CQRLOG 0.9.3 has screen paint issues.
Hi.
Ubuntu 10.04 has two new standard themes called "Ambience" and "Radiance". Both make CQRLOG and other programs I use looking somehow strange (color mismatch between font and backround etc). I don't like the new themes at all, so I changed the theme to the old "Clearlooks" and everything's fine again. If you miss the old "Human-Clearlooks" theme you can install it with
sudo apt-get install human-theme

I followed your suggestion of changing the theme (to Human-theme) and
selected "clearlook" as work around the paint problem as described
in the previous reported problem. No joy, the screen paint problem persist.
Please advise,

Hi,
this is a bug in Lazarus which is already fixed in devel version. After they release it as a "stable" I'll compile CQRLOG with it and this problem will be gone.
