Sent QSL Column

Is it possible to have a Sent QSL, Lotw, eQSL column similar to the Received QSL, Lotw, eQSL column?

What do you mean?
Check Preferences/Visible columns what should be viewed.

Are they not similar? (See attached picture)

instead of having three columns for each single mode of sending QSL having one only similar to the column Received QSL, Lotw, eQSL (all value in one column)

Ah! I see!
You mean combined SentQSL column like combined ReceivedQSL column.

It is possible, but that would need change in 3 tables of database and some code.
qslr is created when QSO list view is generated at same time qsls could be created, too.
