You can use any dx cluster which sending spots from rbn, e.g. klub.sp2put.pl:7300. Skimmer spots can be on and off with commands: set/skimmer or unset/skimmer. RBN spots are follwed by #.

The cause is unclear. Telnet in the Linux-console works fine.
