Hi!
I o not understand the language (and too lazy to make Google translate) but it seems that you have package "cqrlog-data" installed.
("wat ook in pakket cqrlog-data 2.4.0-3 zit")
Put "cqrlog-data" to top right corner search box of this web site and you will see some other messages about same subject.
You should first uninstall "cqrlog-data" and then install 2.5.1
Removing whole cqrlog package(s) install should not touch your log files, but for sure you can make first copy of your cqrlog folders.
cp -a ~/.config/cqrlog ~/.config/cqrlog_safe
Then uninstall cqrlog package. That should also remove cqrlog-data.
After that install 2.5.1 package and start cqrlog. Your logs should still be there as before.

Excelent! That worked like a charm.
Maybe something for you to mention on your recent-page so other see it too.
I used 'sudo apt remove cqrlog-data' then 'sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ok2cqr/ppa;sudo apt-get update;sudo apt-get install cqrlog'
No problems and installed like a charm! thanks.
