JWFD is a New Zealand contest (Jock White Field Day) https://www.nzart.org.nz/activities/contests/jwfd . Due to its unique set of rules is it possible to create a contest window to allow logging. If a build template is available are we able to access it and create a new contest

Hi Ian!

If I understood right there is not big difference in exchanges. Counting points.. that is a different story but cqrlog does not do that in any contest.

I would try to make separate logs for 80 and 40m.
Then start two cqrlogs. Opening 80m log with another and 40m log with another.

The second cqrlog is started after the first one runs and without checking "save log data to local machine". Instead entering:
host=localhost, Port = 64000, user=cqrlog, password=cqrlog and pressing connect button.
That should bring same log list as the first started cqrlog has.

Minimizing both NewQSO forms and left only two contest forms open. Contest name field filled with name and band identifies both contest forms.

The second cqrlog should be stopped first, and after that the first one (that then closes the log database).

After contest it is possible to join both logs to one (3rd log) with ADIF exports and imports if that is needed.

Cqrlog is open source so you can do a version for your needs by getting the source from https://github.com/ok2cqr/cqrlog if two running cqrlogs does not fill your needs.

Hi Ian!

In addition to my last message:

At second cqrlog uncheck preferences/trxcontrol "Run rigctld when program starts" because rigctld is started already when starting the first cqrlog.
