i delete a qso because it was wrong, of course on the servers as well hdrlog and clublog
but is continue looking for it
and keep saying --- unable to find qso
can anybody give me a little help.

maybe I can help. This happens to me sometimes with clublog, when I delete a QSO before it is uploaded.
Your solution is to open the QSO List, then in the menu check "Online Log" -> Clublog -> "Mark all QSOs as uploaded". Now go to clublog.org with your web browser and upload your log by hand.
Now your logs are in sync again and auto-upload should work.
