CQRLOG dissapeared

I installed cqrlog a few months back, it was straight forward and it worked just fine but then didn't use it again until today.

Previously I opened it using KDE but today I couldn't locate cqrlog. It disappeared from KDE.

I'm not aware I did anything to the PC, no updates or new programs, but hey, these things happen.

I searched for all the cqrlog files and they are all still there in various directories that look familiar.

My question is how do I start cqrlog when I cannot bring it up on KDE? Searching start or run cqrlog brings up nothing online.

HI!

If your startup menu does not show cqrlog, but you know it is there you can always open command terminal (as user, not root terminal) and type "cqrlog" (without quotes and followed by ENTER) . Or with full path included "/usr/bin/cqrlog". On most installs cqrlog is placed to "/usr/bin" folder.

Restarting PC may also help on these desktop related issues, as you did notice.

Of course!!! silly me!!!

I did not use the path. 3 times I uninstalled and reinstalled. I will not repeat that mistake.
