Hello
I'm running debian 9.13 and cqrlog 2.2.0-1, everything was ok, but yesterday I tried tu use it and I get double characters input.
I've seen othen topics of this issue but didn't work for me.
Any ideas
Thanks in advance
Best regards

Hi Marcelo!
This should do it https://www.cqrlog.com/comment/382#comment-382
Did you read also this https://www.cqrlog.com/node/2064 ?
But anyway you seem to have very old version of Debian and also very old version of cqrlog. Maybe you should upgrade both to get better system than trying to fix the old one.

Hi Saku
Many thanks.
I run IM-CONFIG, rebooted and everything is working again. I supose after instaling zoom it changed something to complex characters.
Yes both versions are old, but my PC is also, and it runs smooth on debian 9 i386, I could install buster amd64 but quite short of RAM.
Thanks again

Fine Marcelo !
I think you could try latest cqrlog anyway, I have my GitHub page two ready compiled versions of latest cqrlog for i386.
Another is plain official cqrlog and the other has some extras that are not included in official version.
There is an install script that does backups and new version install and it is easy to use.
Please read REAME of the page https://github.com/OH1KH/cqrlog/tree/loc_testing/compiled and see if you could use it to get new version of cqrlog.
It is always important to make backup first. Script does it from cqrlog, but it is also good to copy whole hard drive contents few times a year.

Hi Saku
Thanks, I'll give a try, but not pretty sure, because I tried newer versions and I can't satisfy libgtk2.0-0 dependencies
As I've read in the readme file I should use cqr3.zip and then run the script in newupdate.
And about backup, always, manually, automatic with cron, to other PC and in the cloud
Cheers

HI Saku
Made upgrade with script. Everthing perfect.
Many thanks
