"The web cluster method is good for monitoring. There is no internal node setup, but you can't spot."

I would leave the word but away. At least it is confusing for me, non English speaking. It is like given an opportunity that is then taken away with 't (that is hard to notice).

To be sure of the meaning I checked source code and yes, only telnet connection can send spots.

Maybe this needs some cleaning.
