Hi All!
Every time I try to import my log from Ham Radio Deluxe 6.8.8.340 to CQRLOG 2.5.2 (001), I get an "ERROR: Wrong frequency: 3.983.00" for every single contact I made on 3.983 MHz. Only those contacts made on 3.983 MHz appear to fail.
I tried to change the Band rules, but nothing has helped. I have also tried changing the frequency notation in my upload file using Hz, not using Hz, etc. Nothing has helped.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
HI!
Cqrlog defaults to Region1 frequencies.
You have to adjust band limits at "preferences/Bands/Frequencies". Check band begin and end and modify needed ones.
After that import will work. (At least no frequency errors, hi :)

Just one more:
If you are sure band limits are ok then see the frequency numbers:
You write that error is: "ERROR: Wrong frequency: 3.983.00" and on the other hand your text has " on 3.983 MHz appear to fail"
As far as I can see, and assume it is copied from error file with paint/copy/paste , there are two dots in "3.983.00". That might be the problem.
You can re-import the error file. Just take the rightmost dot and two zeros away from frequency tag(s) and save the file and import it again.
Note that then the tag length changes and you have to change the length number too:
<FREQ:8>3.983.00
<FREQ:5>3.983
This can be the problem if band limits are ok.
It might be that your Windoze(?? where the adif comes from??) locales like to use more than one dot (decimal separator) in number presentations and it affects to your other logging program's adif export format.

Thank you Saku!
The key to solving my issue was in your second post...
Note that when the tag length changes and you have to change the length number too:
FREQ:8 3.983.00
FREQ:5 3.983
I was missing that I had to change the field length change when I changed the frequency value. I made the changes, and it worked perfectly.
Thank you!
