WAZ Zone 07

Hi, i collect WAZ zones to WAZ award.

I have QSO with HK0NA - this QSO are confirmed via LoTW and eQSL.

In field "qslr" i have "LE", but when i go to: Statistics -> WAZ -> select eQSL only (zone 7 is not confirmed "X")

When i change filter to "LoTW only" QSO are confirmed and again "Lotw and eQSL" also confirmed, but only "eQSL only" are not.

This is bug?

HK0NA is Malpelo which is CQ Zone 9.

Hi Martin. Yes you have

Hi Martin. Yes you have absolutly right. My mistake. But on the other hand log suggests something else. Type in logger HK0NA - logger tells you this is 07 zone.

Re: WAZ Zone 07

If you type HK0NA into CQRLOG just now (with actual date), it is resolved as San Andres & Providencia which is really located in the CQ Zone 7. This is absolutely correct because nobody defined that the HK0NA call sign is assigned to a Malpelo DXpedition forever. If you work a HK0 station, you can be sure that it is San Andres & Providencia for 99.99%. Also, you should know that Malpelo is extremely rare but San Andres & Providencia is quite usual, being activated during every holiday season. Therefore, San Andres & Providencia is the default for every HK0 except ones listed separately and assigned to Malpelo or another (now deleted) DXCC entity.

Try to put HK0NA into logger in offline mode with a date in the Malpelo DXpedition activity timespan (2012/01/10-2012/02/06). You will see that CQRLOG properly indcates Malpelo as the DXCC.

I highly recommend to read something about CQRLOG internals and how it works, Pawel.

Merry Christmas to all,

Merry Christmas to all,
Pawel, I just wanted to throw this in, I have used a lot of logging programs, DX Labs, Logger 32, HRD, etc, not even one comes close to being as acurate as CQRlog, Martin and Peter have done an outstanding job on this program, I will put it up against them all and win every time, I am constantly pulling out DX calls with say IOTA, # that no one else in our group pulls out, because of CQRlog, they always ask how did you know that Tom, I just sit back and smile..... 73 My friend good DX!!
