I am not sure if these should be classified as bugs.
I have my exit and auto update set to callsign,date and time (yourcall_yy-mm-dd_hh-mm-ss.adi), with tar selected. When the file is saved it has a name of _2023-08-26_23-09-51.tar.gz. Is the leading _ correct? Why is my call sign not starting the filename?
In both Debian 12 and several versions of OpenSuse, the file icon of an adif generated by CQRLog is a musical note. This because the first part of the files is ADIF. If a space is in front of ADIF or a blank line starts the file, the icon is of a text file, as it should be.

They may have been bugs, as it seems you are running some of older versions.
I remember the adif file bug was fixed by adding one linefeed at the beginning of file some time ago.

I am running version 2.52 (001) 2021-02-12, from the Debian 12 repository.
You and I discussed the adif file icon some time ago, but it is still happening in the version in the Debian 12 repository.
