Hi, Yesterday I upgraded to Ubuntu 11.10 from 11.04 and find a few snags with my logger. When I hit 'show qso list' the list opens OK but the buttons at the bottom of the page no longer work. If I select a qso to view, I highlight the qso in question, then when I hit 'view qso' the highlight shift to the last one on the screen and that's it. I don't get the qso to view. Similarly, I tried to edit a previously entered qso and the 'edit qso' button didn't work either. Any ideas?

Functions not working on Ubuntu 11.10
Hi,
it is the same problem like here: http://www.cqrlog.com/node/541#comment-1371
It is caused by new scrollbars. One solution is described in the comment or you can disable fancy scrollbars only for cqrlog with something like this:
open terminal and put this command into it
sudo nano /usr/share/app-install/desktop/cqrlog:cqrlog.desktop
There will be this:
Exec=cqrlog
Change it to:
Exec="LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0; cqrlog"
Hit CTRL+X it will ask if you want to save the changes, press Y.
Now if you run cqrlog, it will work as expected.

Not quite true, yes the main window will work, but not the database config window. For this (and quite a few other) reason(s), I gave up on Unity, and installed the gnome desktop instead - now everything work as expected in either "Gnome Classic" or "Gnome" (selected at login).
