Whats wrong wit ~(Tilde) and DX cluster?

Is there anybody here who knows the short-key for DX-cluster?
The doc says, you can use ~ to spot the last log into the cluster.
I'm using CQRLOG 1.3.1 and Kubuntu natty.

Hi Chris,

yes, it is the key on the keyboard with ~ but you must press it without a shift key. It is something like ` character.

ok, i tried it, and it didn't work.

i use a german keyboard.... is this the problem?
to make a ~ i press the keys: [AltGr] + [+]
the tilde is on an english keyboard under ESC and over TAB

i loggd a station, an press AltGr + [*/+] and nothing...i tried it with the ′ the ° and the ^ key, but nothing. i tried before logging, after logging an so on.

what do i wrong?

in a Spanish keyboard
write the call--> tab key
I press the */+] key(not shift/AltGr)(focus in new qso)
and sent the spot, to the band map, in Yellow...

Hi Chris,

yes, this could be a problem. I have US international keyboard with AltGr deadkeys as default and switch to Czech keyboard only when I must type something in Czech. Most of the time I write text in English or develop something :-).
