CQRLOG available in the Fedora repositories

Thanks to Eric, W4OTN CQRLOG is now available in the Fedora repositories for Fedora 17, Fedora 18, and Fedora rawhide. Now Fedora users can install CQRLOG with 'yum install cqrlog'.

Great job, guys, this made me upgrade to Fedora 17! :-)
OK, now on a serious note, I've been pondering the upgrade to FC17 for quite a while and this was finally one compelling reason to do so. It works a treat.
