Nanokeyer with cqrlog
Hi Jarmo,
according to the website, it supports also K1EL protocol from WinKeyer so it should work also with CQRLOG. Please try to choose WinKeyer USB in CQRLOG preferences and let me know if it works or not.
I don't have this keyer at home and without it I'm not sure if I can add direct support for specific commands (if the key has any).

Hi
I'm just building one, waiting chinashop delivery of arduino nano. What more, I contacted K3NG and he was somewhat intrested about cwdaemon, so maybe he consider to add cwdaemon emulation into source. At the moment I'm working with cqrlog cw from keyboard, but need also use paddle, so, at the moment have box, where I join padle and cw-interface from ttyS0 to my ts440s.
Keyer is programable forinstance from putty or similar. OK... when I get keyer ready, I'll test and inform you. Easies way should be cwdaemon compatibility direct in nanokeyer program.

Hello Petr. I've installed CQRLOG and I have it working great with the K1EL Winkey emulation on the Nanokeyer and my Arduino code. One minor issue I have noticed is that if you go into File-Preferences, if the K1EL Winkey unit is initialized already, CQRLOG terminates the Winkey session. If you go into File - Preferences again, it initiates the session again and you can send code again. It is like File - Preferences toggles the state of the K1EL session each time you go into it.
Anyway, thanks for a great program. I'm switching from Windows to Linux in the shack and I'm migrating from HRD to CQRLOG. So far it's working well.

Hi Goody,
yes, you are right, when you close preferences clicking to OK button, the WinKeyer session is restarted. The same was for TRX control. I chaged the behaviour and trx control is reset only when options related to radio are changed. I have to do the same also for WinKeyer. It's on my todo list, so I hope it will work in next version.
Thank you for your excellent work with the keyer!

Thanks for putting this on your development list. Also, thank you for writing this software. I've finally been able to switch to Linux in my ham shack because of CQRLOG. I hope to dig into your source code, understand it, and perhaps contribute code one of these days.

Disregard my comment on the repeating words. I see now that was an automatically generated title in the post preview.
