I have just installed a new log in CQRLOG and want to import the QSOs from another log. I have followed the instructions and imported an ADIF file of my 3594 QSOs. The now appear in my QSO list on CQRLOG but not in my main window, which shoes 0 entries. How do I populate my log with the QSO list's entries? I have tried and hunted but am at a loss.
I think the issue is that when I open up my log I go straight into the new qso window, which shows qso nr 0. What I should rather be doing is going into the QSL List screen and working from there. Is that right?
Hi,
please go to File -> Preferences -> New QSO. Check "Show QSO records for last XX days". Close the program and start it again, or enter a callsign and hit ESC twice. Recent QSO will appear in the new QSO window.
After program starts, only New QSO window appear. Here you can enter new, edit and view QSO. If you want to do more with it, you must use QSO list window.

Thanks Petr, much appreciated.
How can I permanently change the width of the columns on the QSL List? When I move them via the arrow that works for the time the log is open but when I close and reopen, they go back to their default settings. Can this be done to fix permanently?
try this:
enter a callsign you have worked before to Callsign field, move to another field, change the width of columns, hit ESC twice. It should be saved.
But even every change of any column should be saved immediately. Very strange.

Thanks. Have done this and will see if it is permanent. One final thing: when I imported my log in ADIF, the imported logs contained eqsl and lotw sent and received data but this doesn't show up in my new CQRLOG. I seem to remember there was something to do with the way the fields were saved in ADIF. How can I get them to show up?
If your ADIF has this information, it should be visible also in CQRLOG. Could you send me your adif file, please? I'd like to find out what is wrong with it. Thank you!

Did you go into Preferences and check the EQSL and LOTW boxes in visible column??

Petr, Sent as requested. Many thanks.
Any ideas, Petr?
Hello Grant,
now I know where is the problem. CQRLOG suppose that if the station has QSO confirmed via LoTW and eQSL, ADIF includes also LOTW_QSLRDATE tag with correct date. Your ADIF doesn't have these fields so CQRLOG didn't marked QSOs as confirmed via LoTW/eQSL. It's a bug, I'll fix to new version. I'm sorry for inconvenience.

Thanks Petr. Always nice to have bugs ironed out. Makes for a better, more comprehensive application.
I'm sorry, I was very busy last week and we spent whole weekend with my wife's parents. I hope, I'll look at the adif file this week.
