Not sure if this is related to Clublog or CQRLog.
After my QSO with FT5ZM automatic uploading to both HamQTH and Clublog started. With HamQTH all went well.
The new QSO was uploaded as well as three other QSO's were updated due to QSL status.
Uploading to Clublog however, did not do quite as good. CQRLog tries to delete "old" data in order to replace it.
"ClubLog: Could not delete original QSO data!" is what I get. From that point on nothing happens. So even the new QSO was not uploaded. Nor the changed ones deleted/replaced. I have been trying for days now but it will not go beyond that point.
Again, I am not sure whether this is a CQRLog bug or Clublog related.

Online log>Clublog
Hi Tjalling,
are all QSO uploaded to ClubLog from CQRLOG ADIF file? CQRLOG doesn't save time of QSO with miliseconds, some of logs does. Maybe in previous QSO you have also miliseconds and that is the reason why ClubLog can't find the old QSO.
Could you run cqrlog --debug=1 from console and paste here the related part of upload to clublog, please? Or send me an email with the output. Thanks!

Hi Petr,
I think that did the trick. I had not uploaded the entire log ADIF in a few months. Although the last time was also a CQRLog created ADIF. Nevertheless, I uploaded the entire log again. This time not using the "merge" but clear first.
Then, after 30 or so minutes, I used "Upload all changes" and all went well. I guess I must have had a "croocked bit" in Clublog.
Thanks Petr!
