DX-Cluster "Scroll-Lock" checkbox

Hello,

I absolutely love CQRlog, but this something I really wish was added.

When new Spots come in, the "focus" is reset at the bottom of the list and scrolls up. Problem is I use the DX-Cluster window a lot to click on spots (because it has more information than the bandmap) so the problem occurs when many spots come in, and I try to scroll up the list, and it gets reset every time a new spots comes in, making close to impossible to read, and/or click on these 'older' spots.

Could a checkbox be added, like " [X] Scroll list  " or something similar to give the ability to scroll without it resetting? Then once checked again, the window would resume it's scrolling the list.

Thank you,

I actually think this is a very good idea! i had the same "annouance" as well....

Or even nicer , custom filters....

Re: DX-Cluster "Scroll-Lock" checkbox

Hi Marc-Andre,

you are right, it very uncomfortable. I'll fix it and it will work the same like bandmap works. When the window is active (has a focus) new spots are not added.

Re: DX-Cluster "Scroll-Lock" checkbox

Well it's not so much preventing new spots coming in, as I also use it to talk to other users on the cluster and that would prevent any spots from coming in.
All I'm suggesting is to add the ability to stop the auto-scroll. This way, new spots would come in and be added down the list (in the buffer), but the scroll bar would stay where it is.
Auto-scroll would then resume either by checking a box, or by scrolling back down to the bottom of the list. A few IRC clients behave this way (you have to scroll to the bottom for auto-scroll to resume).

Sorry if I didn't explain it correctly before.
