Hi Matthias,
I use different QTH profiles. I have maybe 200 QSO from various SOTA and a few from my OM/OK2CQR operation. I didn't create new log for that, just used different QTH profile for that and put a note to Comment to QSO field or SOTA ID to Award field.

Hi Petr,thanks for your answer. But if you use on log with different QTH profiles, didn't you get problems with eQSL or LOTW online logbooks? I mean you can not change the Callsign (from OK2CQR to OM/OK2CQR) by QTH profil, or? In between I created a new logfile 9A/DC5ME to recieve and replay all the QSO with the right call and IOTA number.73s Matthias

unfortunately I have only 3 QSO from OM country and nothing more. Also no IOTA QSO here. I would add new log with special profile for my abroad operation and upload log to LoTW from there. I also would upload data to my main log and after that, I would run Mark all QSO as uploaded from eQSL/LoTW menu in QSO list window. That I probably would do but I'm not sure, I was never been active from another country for longer time (more than a few minutes like from OM).
